NOMINATIONS ARE OPEN The Index of Censorship Freedom of Expression Awards were launched in 2000 to honour those who, often at great personal risk, have given voice to issues and stories that would otherwise have gone unnoticed. NT R Fyvel Book Award This award is given to a book which has given new insight into issues or events, shown a perspective not often acknowledged, or given a platform to new voices.
