Holocaust denier Frederick Toben was returned to custody today, having been denied bail at Westminster Magistrates Court. Toben, 64, is facing extradition to Germany under a European Arrest Warrant.
A spokesman for Toben said the Australian citizen remained stoical and would continue to fight against the warrant and extradition.
